Kamala Harris Officially enters the 2020 Race

She is from my home State. I like her so far. But I know very little about her. We will soon see how she handles herself. Under pressure people show their true self. I just hope she does not become a polemic or too devisive.

She won't win. She's a woman. America won't elect a female president. Consider that the last woman who ran for President did so against Donald Trump, the worst possible candidate there was, and she still lost to him. Donald Trump. DONALD TRUMP. If you can't beat him, then that says a lot.

New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard. Sens. Kamala Harris of California and Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota also are considering running.

Advice to the DNC: do not do what the RNC did and run too many people for too long. That is why w have trump now. The GOP failed to self-select 1 person to run against Trump. A few saw it was coming...but too little was done.

and the DNC just assumed it was her turn and did not run anyone against her... and she almost got beat by sanders...

She’s young, she has the cred, and whatever happens it will be good for her career. She is young enough to learn a lot and make a run at another year if she likes. So at the moment I support her 100%. We’ll soon see her in action and we’ll soon start seeing other candidates and we will be off to the races.

As for running against Trump, I’ve said it many many times, he will not be on the ballot in 2020. I don;t know who the Republican nominee will be, but i will bet anyone it will not be Trump.
President Trump is a disgusting piece of shit.

I agree, I don't think we are ready to elect a female President.

You loved him in 2017 and 2018! If I had a dollar for every time you posted how you were so excited Trump was going to be president until January 21, 2021 I could buy Prince's vault.

So what soured you on Trump?

His infidelity? His extramarital affairs? His attempted screwing of another man's wife? His lying? The fact that it turns out he's a Russian operative? His attempts at obstruction of justice? His actual obstruction of justice? His hiring of racists and white nationailsts in the White House? His siding with white nationailsts at Charlottesville? His coddling up to murderous dictators like Kim Jong Un and Mohammad Bonesaw Salman? His giveaway of Syria to Bashir al Assad?

Or was it that wall around San Antonio?

NO.

Clinton got nearly 3,000,000 more votes than Donald Trump. She beat him in the total vote count.

She lost because fat, ugly, smelly, loser couch potatoes in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania were too #%$^^%*%^& lazy to get their hemmorhoid-ridden, flea-bitten, cellulite-covered flabby asses off the couch and vote. Allegedly these TOTAL LOSERS had their poor little baby feelings hurt because Clinton didn't kiss their fecal-stained rumps enough (or at all). So they REALLY SHOWED HER AND DIDN'T VOTE.

I don't want to hear this "America will never elect a woman" BS. It's WRONG.

Agreed. If the right woman ran, she'd get elected, it's just that very few have ever actually run. TBH, I'm excited about Gabbard, as she's someone I've been watching for a few years and think she could get people from both sides of the isle on board if she ran her campaign the right way. Warren and Harris are too polarizing and would likely continue the crap that Trump and HIllary played into during the election. Gabbard and hell, even Beto are more middle of the road it seems like and could be what the country needs.

nope did not happen

I never expressed excitement... I did say he could be or at times would be... but more of a joke...

Some hateful person would say they can not wait until he is out and I would say yeah in 2025.

But no I have never liked him... as to his personal issues...that is messed up sure...

there is no public evidence he is or ever was a Russian operative

there is no public evidence he obstructed justice

I do not agree with much of what he did...

you love to make up stuff... it is okay I forgive you.

I also like Tulsi Gabbard a lot. She's not perfect (an candidate is) but I think she could make mincemeat out of Trump.

I'd love to be proven wrong. But if Donald Trump is America's preferred option to a woman, then I don't see it happening any time soon. Think about it. Do you honestly believe that Trump would have won had he been running against a man? Any man? Look at all the stuff that people knew about him BEFORE the election. And they still voted for him. The Rock, a man with zero political experience, could enter the running tomorrow and if America had the choice between him or Trump, then you better believe that the next president would be a jabroni beating, pie eating, trailblazing, eyebrow raising, heart stopping, elbow dropping most electrifying President in history. But put Trump up against a woman, and you'd be stuck with the same lie telling, waist swelling, back stabbing, pussy grabbing dipshit you've got now.

It’s always about the person. Male or female. The person and the zeitgeist. The one thing dems have to remember is that Republicans have managed to to manipulate racist red states, dems need a strategy to foil republicans and their hold on the idiots states.

I disagree. I think the right woman could easily win.

Part of the problem is when the left considers why trump won, they leave out an awful lot. It's much easier to label everyone that voted for him racist redneck trash.
