Music: Non-Prince is forum to discuss music, albums, tours, songs instruments by musicians entertainers singers (non 'related' to Prince ie (ex)band members (ex)protege members

Any gossip, lifestyle, domestic issues, general discussion of an entertainer musician or singer that isn't about their music, albums, tours, songs, instruments should be posted in the General Discussion section

I completely agree with this.

But the problem is that in the past, when threads are started in GD, say about MJ's nose or something, it got moved into Music Non-Prince, then locked.

Are all the mods on board with this? Cause I think it's great idea that GD be allowed to discuss non-music related elements of singers, etc.

Yes, by member request as well, we've be moving non music discussion to GD so the focus can be on music

So a RIP thread for a singer/musician/entertainer would belong in GD then as well hmmm? The death of the artist has nothing to do with the music, but usually youtube clips of the music get posted on those threads hmmm.
