Cop who killed LaQuan McDonald guilty of second degree murder! wow

This is the first time a cop has been guilty of murder in 50 years. It was obvious he killed McDonald but this is big. Hopefully we have more justice in society BLM for once.

"My motherfucker's so cool sheep count him."

Jason Dyke was found guilty Friday of second-degree murder in the 2014 shooting of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald.

Van Dyke, who was also found guilty of 16 counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, sat impassively in a dark suit -- his shoulders slumped -- as the verdicts were read in the high-profile case. At one point, he sipped water from a bottle. He was found not guilty of official misconduct.
closing arguments
The prosecution said Van Dyke fired unnecessarily within six seconds after arriving at the scene, striking McDonald 16 times.

The shooting was captured on a grainy police dashcam video. Van Dyke said he fired in self-defense after McDonald lunged at him with a knife. But the dashcam video -- which a judge ordered the city to release 13 months after the shooting -- showed McDonald walking away from police, rather than charging at them

will the officer get off on a technicality because he was not cited for misconduct? i mean the impulsive shooting and the cover-ups is in fact "misconduct" imo.

Isn’t this the second time? Didn’t the cop that lied and tried to plant a gun on an unarmed Black man he murdered, but got caught on video trying to lie about it, also got convicted.and a civilian had him was walking away from him get convicted and imprisoned? Anyway I’m glad both bad cops have been sent to prison and the victims’ families got their justice.
FEARLESS

I hope not. Cops like him need to start doing actual time, so other cops see it could happen to them.
