lol lol lol You need to study up your history!! What country did you go to school?

The A-Bombs were dropped on August 6th & 9th, 1945.

The Russians, realizing how shaken and weakened the Japanese were after those two bombings, capitalized by beginning their Manchuria offensive .... wait for it ... on August 9th, 1945.

It was akin to Mike Tyson pummelling an opponent for 2 1/2 minutes, and then having Laila Ali take his place to finish the round. Or better yet, a vulture pecking at a possum that had already been run over by a truck.

the invasion was prepared well and long before the a-bombs, you fuckin undeducated fool

unbelievable
as I said, look it up!

and even if you are so stupid and uneducated to not have known this, you should at least be aware that a military operation of that scale CAN NOT BE PREPARED AND STARTED IN TWO DAYS. now how UNBELIEVABLY stupid is that??

Yeah and the MOAB was manufactured and tested back in 2003! Who gives a crap when anything was "prepared", only an extremely clueless ignorant fool would think an offensive that took place immediately after two A-bombs were dropped had long been planned to be carried out ON THAT EXACT SAME DAY. That would have to be the MOAC (Mother of All Coincidences) lol

Again, where did you receive your brilliant education? Now I'm VERY curious. What country?

I can't send you the books beside my desk that hold all the info you miss out, and I doubt you have any books to look near your desk, beside some comics maybe, but at least you could have checked wiki, oh well...

"at the Yalta Conference in February 1945, Stalin agreed to Allied pleas to enter World War II's Pacific Theater within three months of the end of the war in Europe. On July 26, the US, UK and China made the Potsdam Declaration, an ultimatum calling for the Japanese surrender which if ignored would lead to their "prompt and utter destruction". The invasion began on August 8, 1945, precisely three months after the German surrender on May 8 (May 9, 0:43 Moscow time).

The commencement of the invasion fell between the American atomic bombings of Hiroshima on August 6 and Nagasaki on August 9. Although Soviet leader Joseph Stalin had not been told much detail of the Western Allies' atomic bomb program by Allied governments, by virtue of the timing of the agreements at Tehran and Yalta, and the long term buildup of Soviet forces in the Far East since Tehran, it is clear that news of the attacks on the two cities played no major role in the timing of the Soviet invasion; the date of the invasion was foreshadowed by the Yalta agreement, the date of the German surrender, and the fact that on August 3, Marshal Vasilevsky reported to Stalin that, if necessary, he could attack on the morning of August 5. Furthermore, while Stalin could reasonably have concluded that an atomic bombing of Japan was imminent, it does not appear he was overly impressed with the atomic bomb's potential, certainly not so much so as to think it might compel a nation as averse as Japan to surrender into an earlier capitulation."

^ Hold on. Stalin did not expect the atomic bomb to have much impact, but that was of course before the bomb fell. The shock of one bomb destroying an entire city... I think the impact of that had a bigger effect than the Russian invasion in hastening Japanese surrender. After all, the Russians weren't invading Japan itself.

Do you even bother to read what you post???

Apparently not. Because what you posted SUPPORTS what I already said. The Russians could have attacked on August 5th, as you kindly pointed out in the above quote ... but they didn't, they waited until AFTER the two A-bombs were dropped ... and they sure as hell knew in advance the A-bombs were going to be dropped around the time that they were, as you also kindly pointed out in the above quote.

So keep on proving yourself wrong, makes it kinda fun to read! lol

And I find it interesting that you constantly criticize everything about America, but you refuse to tell us your country. Why is that? Are you ashamed of your own country for some reason?

It's a monumental task trying to educate a fool or a right wing cunt, but thanks for trying!

Awww... you a tad bit oversensitive, mate?

Shame you're so embarrassed by your own country that you refuse to say what that country is.
