Another woman brutally attacked by police

What needs to be done to stop these senseless attacks? Certainly there are better, safer, more appropriate ways to take down women other than slamming them face first into the ground/floor. And in any of the three videos, did they even need to be taken down? In the first video, no attempt was made to handcuff her while standing up. In the second video, the teen girl kicked after being shoved into the chair. In the third video, the woman appeared to be just talking when she was thrown to the floor. mad

This one happened just a few days ago in Colorado, I wonder why nobody posted this already? hmmm

Michaella Surat, the injured student, told “Good Morning America” on Thursday that she still has numbness in her face and can’t open her mouth to eat.

Police body-camera video from two officers at the scene has not been released to the public.

Fort Collins police said Thursday that the department “is committed to preserving a process that ensures fair and impartial outcomes for Ms. Surat and Officer Klamser.”

And this one is from yet another Colorado police department ...

And this one is from Oakland ...

Can't really tell what went down there.
What lead up to the confrontation?
What was said?
Did she threaten him?

She should have complied. She also probably has stuff in her past. Not that she deserved it, but she probably deserved it.

If true what cops saying then she punched an officer in face. Do that and this is what happens. Will have to see all the evidence as both sides have different story.

I've added an updated article to the OP, but here's basically what went down ...

She's a 22-year-old who was out partying with her boyfriend.
She was intoxicated and wearing very high heels, so obviously not much of a threat.
Her boyfriend had gotten into a fight with another guy, which is why the police arrived.
Out of concern for her boyfriend, she tried to stay with him and find out what's going on.
The police verbally and physically tried to get her to leave the area.
She allegedly (no proof yet) pulled a Zsa Zsa and slapped an officer at that point.
A bit later, the video clip begins which shows the woman and the officer talking before she was thrown down.

Now clearly she deserved to be arrested if she slapped the officer.

But also clearly, she didn't need to be flung down face first onto a concrete surface. She's very fortunate her neck didn't break upon impact, as she could have easily become paralyzed or died.

Transparency. Interesting how the attitude was different when the Asian store owner sat on and kicked the Black customer, who was accused of stealing, and the attitude from the usual suspects was that she deserved it.

In regard to this article, well she won't be the first white lady that punched a cop in the face, knowing he was a cop, and wasn't shot or killed. Punching the cop in the face, was definitely a threat to the cop, but he didn't shoot or kill her. He did go too far slamming her face to the ground.

If she was Black, the critics would have crucified her, even if the cop shot and killed her, and would say she deserved it.

Word.

I didn't want to make this a racial thing by mentioning her race, but looking at these three incidents along with thousands of others ... it looks like it's open season for cops slamming white females face first onto the ground. Something needs to be done as way too many, and even a few women of color, are getting assaulted by the police.

Those videos of the lady cuffed and thrown to ground are disturbing. I don't know her color and the officers color. Just she was cuffed and he initially slammed her down into a chair.

Though technically in all these videos people were resisting and you can't resist police. Compliance is best.

She's probably too busy stealing from other stores.
