I dunno.

Los Angeles, drugs, rock 'n' roll, a lunatic racist, gruesome violence, and a clique of young murderesses: I'm sure Tarantino will stir-fry this into something eminently watchable, but this all just seems too obvious for him. shrug

I think it might be worth pointing out that Tarantino often sets his mind on making a particular movie and then goes on to do something else entirely. Remember The Vega Brothers movie he wanted to make? Or the war movie that sounded a lot like The Expendables before it morphed into Inglorious Basterds. Or Kill Bill Vol. 3. Or his adaptation of Elmore Leonard's 40 Lashes Less One. Or his WWII movie about black soldiers. There's more examples I could list but just because he's linked with a movie, doesn't necessarily mean that movie will ever get made.
